One project involved designing home page for a medical billing revenue start up. Competitive analysis to review the existing home pages of medical billing companies helped us to understand how we can design the home screen to have a competitive edge and ensure the doctors coming to the website felt convinced to contact the buisness owner. This project is in progress. Third image was a quick usability and design feedback I gave to a developer friend working for a NGO named Caris Foundation.

VDPI.CA REDESIGN

Involved an overhaul of the existing site at vdpi.ca to a new site at vdpi.info. The volunteer work involved a card sorting activity with client to understand the Information architecture, and then sketches to understand brain storm some design ideas for the layout of the web pages. Frequent consultation with owner of the site to ensure timely completion.

CLEARTRIP.COM USABILITY REPORT

CLEARTIP.COM, India's third largest online travel portal. Known for its user experience and simplistic design requested a usability report to identify potential redesign options based on the usability problems for the hotel section of the website. An understanding of a typical user on the website helped us determine the heuristics and the target population which could be used for performing the tasks on the website. Site specific heuristics were made for understanding the tasks for evaluation. The major usability problems on the website were the confusing travel ratings and the Map implementation.
